Policies at the Nest
Children
The Nest at Grey Farms is a historic property with original structures, fragile elements, and outdoor farm features. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Running inside the home, climbing on furniture or structures, and access to restricted areas (including livestock areas) is prohibited. The property assumes no responsibility for injuries resulting from lack of supervision.
Pets
While we love animals, we kindly ask that no outside pets be brought onto the property. This helps us protect our livestock, maintain a safe environment, and ensure the best experience for all of our guests. Thank you so much for respecting our farm and our animals.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted at approved private events. All alcohol consumption must comply with local and state laws, including the legal drinking age of 21.
Hosts are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for ensuring responsible alcohol service. The use of licensed bartenders may be required for certain events.
The Nest at Grey Farms reserves the right to limit or terminate alcohol service at any time due to unsafe behavior, intoxication, or policy violations. The venue assumes no liability for alcohol-related incidents.
Smoking
To protect the integrity of our historic farmhouse and maintain a clean, elevated environment, smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home or enclosed spaces.
Designated outdoor areas located behind the She Shed are available for smoking. We ask that all guests respect the property by properly disposing of waste.
Failure to follow this policy may result in additional fees or removal from the premises.
