The story of the Nest at Grey Farms
Built in the 1890s, this farmhouse has stood as a witness to generations of Southern life. Thanks to vision and care of the new owner, the home has been restored to its original floor plan and recognized on the National Register of Historic Places.
We’ve preserved details like the original windows and rough-cut pine ship lap while adding touches that make the home warm and welcoming today. The Nest is more than a renovation — it’s a living story of history restored and hospitality renewed.

We’re excited to share our restored farmhouse with the community at our Open House event on Saturday, April 18th! After that, our rooms will be available to book through Airbnb.

Our farmhouse will be available for overnight stays beginning in May 2026. We have three rooms with four beds, a bathroom, kitchen, and dining room ready for your next retreat!
